David E. Moore is a graduate of Baylor Law School. Practicing since 1985, he has handled a number of high profile cases. The vast majority of his focus is on criminal law. I have 27 years of criminal experience. For 10 years I gained my core experience at the Dallas County District Attorney's trying jury trials and the last 17 Ive been protecting individuals rights. Ive tried over 300 jury trials and handled over 9000 criminal cases in Federal and State courts. I was fortunate to gain extensive Federal experience by working for former United States Attorney James Rolfe. My experience ranges from every type of Federal case to over 140 murder cases in State court.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Bobby L Phillips had a career in the corrections industry that spanned over 27 years. Bobby served as deputy warden and/or Senior Warden at multiple state and private correctional facilities.
