Jeff began his law career in 2003 representing community associations at Wegner and Associates, which later became Wegner Vollmer PC and then part of Makower Abbate Guerra Wegner Vollmer PLLC. Known for finding ways to make the law easy to understand when it comes to real life, day-to-day situations, as well as his thoughtful, individualized approach to serving clients, he’s also always up for a good laugh now and then. He enjoys spending time with his family and Harlow, a mini-goldendoodle, tennis, running and watching the English Premier League.

I have been practicing law for approximately 25 years in mid-Michigan. Generally, I practice in the areas of family law, estate planing, probate and trust administration, real estate, and commercial litigation. I also represent a number of small municipalities. I graduated from Wayne State, with Honors, in 1973. I received my Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Detroit College of Law (now MSU Law School). I am a partner in the law firm of Bieber & Czechowski, specializing in Probate and Estate Planning, Personal Injury and Social Security matters. I am an arbitrator and case evaluator for Macomb and Oakland Counties. I am also a current member of BRAG, Anchor Bay Chamber of Commerce and an avid golfer.
