Attorney Loveall earned his Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center and bachelors degree in psychology from The Johns Hopkins University. Attorney Loveall was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2013 and after moving to Boston was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2014.

I graduated from Massachusetts School of Law in 1996. Since graduation, I have practiced Bankruptcy almost exclusively. Within the context of Bankruptcy, I also deal with predatory lending, mortgage modifications and similar issues. On November 6, 2006, I became the first bankruptcy lawyer in Massachusetts in the last twenty years to argue a case before the US Supreme Court.
