Mark Bains assists clients in a wide array of real estate matters. This includes commercial and residential real estate transactions and land use planning. Ben Bailey works with businesses and individuals in all stages of real estate transactions such as the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial, industrial, rental, and residential property. He provides counsel to landowners and prospective landowners on environmental diligence, environmental risk assessment, and risk mitigation.
