Ms. Martinez is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Ms. Martinez focuses her practice primarily on Family Law, Collaborative Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Probate and Estate Administration. Greg practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and appeals. He has represented individuals, financial institutions, and commercial enterprises in a variety of commercial, construction, landlord-tenant, employment, financial, insurance, and real estate disputes in state and federal trial courts. In 2011, Greg helped three different clients obtain jury verdicts that led to judgments of over $1 million.

I am a trial attorney. Litigators take depositions. Trial attorneys try lawsuits to verdict. I graduated from law school magna cum laude. I am AV rated.
