When I’m out of the office I enjoy time with my wife, son, daughter, and dog, particularly outdoors, time with my family and friends, adventuring, fly fishing travel, fly fishing, travel, reading, snowboarding, golf, tinkering with motorcycles, riding my bike, and building things.

I am a Colorado lawyer working to assist individuals and businesses with business, property, and litigation matters. My practice is centered in northern Colorado. I have a special interest in property law, which includes easements and access issues, land use, boundary issues, conveyancing, title issues, HOA law, landlord/tenant matters, and eminent domain. I also have significant experience litigating property, business, and contract matters at the trial court level and appeals.

Charles C. Tucker is a native of Colorado. He has long enjoyed exploring wilderness and desert areas of the West. His early fascination with topographic maps ultimately evolved into a love of the law of property.
