The part of my work which I find most enjoyable is coming up with solutions to my clients’ legal matters. I’m in business because I like helping people with their legal issues.

Adam Lusthaus graduated from Dartmouth College in 2003 and went on to receive his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006, where he served as an editor of the American Criminal Law Review. After working at a large law firm for several years, Adam returned to school and earned his Masters of Legal Letters (LL.M) in Estate Planning from the University Of Miami School of Law. Adam is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York, as well the U.S. Tax Court.

Education: I am a 1964 graduate of Dartmouth College. I graduated from Boston University Law School in 1967. Experience: I have been a member of the Florida Bar since 1980. During this period, I have drafted estate planning documents and handled numerous probate matters on behalf of personal representatives, as well as creditors. Bart Scovill was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida in 1993. Prior to Law School, he served four years in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1985. Since admission to the bar, he has handled a wide variety of legal issues including business law, transactional law, construction law, and guardianships. His primary focus is on Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Business Law. He is married and has two beautiful daughters. Outside of the office, he enjoys snow skiing with his family, both teaching and training in Karate, and playing and coaching volleyball.
