Justin Kincheloe has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since December of 2009. He has extensive litigation experience in the area of trust and estate law. Justin is a senior litigation associate at Gostanian Law Group, PC in Newport Beach, CA.

Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.

Jeffrey Lohman graduated with honors from Western State College of Law in 2014 and is admitted to practice in the state of Arizona as well as the federal districts of Minnesota, Colorado, Eastern District of Texas, and Arizona. Jeff is not licensed to practice in California.

Over the past three years, Jeff has gained considerable experience in state and federal court as well as being lead counsel in hundreds of consumer arbitration matters. His experiences both in and out of court give him a unique perspective about matters of litigation.

Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and his Master of Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management, both in May of 2016. During law school, he was a member of the Negotiation Honors Program and competed in the Liberty Law School National Negotiations Competition, where he finished in second place.
