I have experience with over one thousand of cases in state courts throughout Oregon through mediation, arbitration and trial.

Ray was admitted to the bar in 1979 and is a member of the bars of the Oregon State and Federal courts. He obtained his J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1979.

Before going to law school, Ray worked as a private investigator and in a variety of manual trades including equipment operator, welder’s apprentice, janitor and crew supervisor. Ben grew up in the Portland area and attended Central Catholic High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2004. He returned to Eugene in 2007 to begin his legal studies. Ben moved back to Portland in 2009 and immediately began working for Dawson and Dawson upon passing the Oregon Bar exam.

Ralph Rayburn has 35 years litigation experience. He handles personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and negligence claims involving doctors, hospitals and nursing care facilities. Adam Greenman began his career as a Deputy District Attorney in Multnomah County where he distinguished himself as a skillful trial lawyer and a tireless advocate for justice. Now he brings this expertise to his private practice, utilizing his experience and determination to achieve justice for each individual client.

Damian is a personal injury lawyer in Oregon and California. Damian handles all types of personal injury cases from car accidents to dog bites and slip & falls. He has been practicing law since 2001 and is licensed to practice on Oregon and California.

Damian serves as a pro tem judge and a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Jackson County.

Damian’s past community service includes serving with La Clinica del Valle, the City of Central Point Planning Commission, Junior Comets, and Boy Scouts of America. He graduated from Santa Clara University in 1999. Damian is fluent in English and Spanish.

Mr. Jacobs received his J.D. from Seattle University in 1979. He is licensed to practice law in all Washington and Oregon state and federal courts. Before creating the NW Injury Law Center, Mr. Jacobs was a partner in a personal injury law firm for over 20 years. He is an active member of the Washington, Oregon and American Trial Lawyers Associations and a frequent lecturer on legal issues for both the Oregon and Washington associations.

Firm Founder/Managing Attorney. Randal attended Portland’s Wilson High School before heading to California for college and then New York for law school. He was lured back to Portland in 1991 to work for a large, regional law firm. Thereafter, he started his own practice in Portland, OR. Randal offers significant trial experience and has represented a variety of businesses in most industries.
