Carol received her undergraduate degree from Oberlin College (A.B., 1977), and her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1982). She was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1982. Ms. Rosen consults primarily in the areas of Criminal Law, Driver Licensing and Motor Vehicle Violations, Taxation, Consumer Law, Family and Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and General Civil Practice.
