Carol received her undergraduate degree from Oberlin College (A.B., 1977), and her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1982). She was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1982. Ms. Rosen consults primarily in the areas of Criminal Law, Driver Licensing and Motor Vehicle Violations, Taxation, Consumer Law, Family and Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and General Civil Practice. I was born in Erie, PA, and obtained my undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University. In 1994, I graduated from Duquesne University School of Law and have since lived in Pittsburgh, representing injured people in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia alike.

My practice has focused primarily on Worker's Compensation issues. I have been the chair of the Worker's Compensation section for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and am a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, regularly practicing in various courtrooms in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
