During her last year in law school, Amy worked as a certified law student at Community Legal Services, assisting low income clients on family law matters. Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

Matthew Abts helps small business owners and want-to-be owners achieve their dreams, whether it's extra part-time income, a full-time business, or an independent lifestyle. He has low, flat-fees for business formation, copyright, trademark, and contract drafting. Matthew also works with independent artists to protect their creative works, and is a supporter of the Lawyers for the Arts movement.
