It has been my privilege to defend the Constitution of the United States for my entire professional life. While on active duty in the United States Air Force, I served for 9 years as officer/aviator. Upon my separation from active duty in 2011, I joined the United States Air Force Reserve and have been serving as an officer/aviator in a reserve capacity ever since. The Bill of Rights contained within the Constitution grants very specific rights to the criminally accused, and I will defend yours to the utmost of my ability.

Allyson was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from Bethel High School in 2014 and then spent four years at East Central University. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2018. She then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and graduated in 2021 with her Juris Doctorate. Milissa R. Tipton-Dunkins was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas. She received a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She has been admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the Supreme Court. She has extensive experience in complex immigration matters and representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and those in Deportation/Removal Proceedings before the United States Department of Justice’s Immigration Courts (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
