Bob Matteucci is a board certified family law specialist, with a statewide practice in the area of divorce and family law. He has an MBA from Tulane University, and a law degree from the University of New Mexico. Bob is a native New Mexican, who understands the unique problems, both legal and emotional, that clients face in the divorce process, and he is a strong advocate for his clients. His practice includes divorce, child custody and support, property division, alimony, and division of retirement funds.

Benosi became an Enrolled Agent in 2003 and was authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. As a recent immigrant, Benosi advocated for his non-immigrant and immigrant clients, and his clients asked questions about immigration laws and regulations which he could not answer.
