Since 2007, I have litigated property tax appeals on behalf of New Jersey property taxpayers before the Tax Court of New Jersey and county boards of taxation throughout the state, resulting in millions of dollars in refunds for my clients. I am also a past chair of the New Jersey Bar Association Tax Section and a current member of the Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court.

Brian Peykar represents real estate developers, investors, and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail projects in New Jersey and New York. Daniel J. Plaia is a results-oriented lawyer who focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury and trial litigation matters.
