Prior to founding his firm, Peng worked for the Nebraska Supreme Court as a Public Guardian Associate Attorney where he dealt with family law and guardianship on a regular basis. Peng received his B.A. from the University of Nebraska Omaha, M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and J.D. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law.
