I am an experienced trial attorney, and have represented thousands of individuals in times of crises since 1989, in criminal and juvenile cases and family law. I am passionate about helping ordinary people through extraordinary crises and providing them the opportunity to be heard in the process. I am no longer accepting cases.

Mike was born in St. Cloud, MN. He is a graduate of St. John's University and William Mitchell College of Law. He has over 34 years of legal experience, including 31 of those years being in the St. Cloud area. Mike brings a broad range of legal experience, including personal injury, trust and estate, eminent domain, business and employment matters. Mike also has past experience in Family and Criminal Law. I was a late bloomer. I didn't even start on my undergraduate degree until I was 35. Perseverence pays off, however. I made it all the way through undergrad and law school and have been practicing since 1994. Much of that time was spent as a solo practitioner, but I have a colleague who is an equal owner with me. My practice is limited to estate planning (wills and trusts), probate, guardianship/conservatorships and all aspects of family law (divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, etc.)

Graduated from Concordia College Moorhead, MN in 2001 majoring in business administration. Attended the University of North Dakota School of Law with the Juris Doctor in 2004. Erin has been in private practice since 2004.

I am a seasoned trial lawyer with over a decade of courtroom experience. I welcome complex family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody, child protection and child support. As a former prosecutor I offer my criminal defense clients aggressive, and highly competent, protection of their constitutional and statutory rights.

My practice primarily consists of being the City Prosecutor for two cities in Wright County, Minnesota. I handle criminal cases (petty misdemeanors, misdemeanors, and gross misdemeanor driving offenses) for these two cities from initiation of charging through the appeals process.
