I believe appropriate and thoughtful use of the law is the most effective way to improve our community and our country as the recession drags on. With experience in the Federal courts and a passion for financial matters, I am uniquely qualified to serve clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, financial restructures, business reorganizations, business contracts, and civil litigation.

Ginny grew up in North Minneapolis and graduated from Patrick Henry High School. She got her undergraduate Degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a major in Political Science with a focus in Law and Politics and a minor in Sociology: Law, Criminology, and Deviance.
