Anjelica is a litigation associate who graduated with an Honors Concentration from Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. As a law student she was competitively selected for a journal position in Hofstra’s Family Court Review. During her second year she was promoted to Managing Editor of Articles. Anjelica moved around as a Navy child finally landing in St. Mary’s County her freshman year of high school where she attended Great Mills High School.

Cynthia H. Clark joined the Law Offices of Paula J. Peters in January 2012 after more than 15 years of legal practice both in law firms and corporate firms throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. In February of 2015, she became a partner in the firm, which changed to Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, P.A. With the retirement of the firm’s founder, Cynthia H. Mr. Cannon is an associate in the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Department at Shulman Rogers. His practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases, including claims against the government.

I have been practicing since December 2003. Mainly, I practice in estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, and Probates. I also prepare Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and other estate planning instruments. Mr. Protil's practice consists of personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and tort claims against the federal government.
