Cynthia H. Clark joined the Law Offices of Paula J. Peters in January 2012 after more than 15 years of legal practice both in law firms and corporate firms throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. In February of 2015, she became a partner in the firm, which changed to Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, P.A. With the retirement of the firm’s founder, Cynthia H. Clark becomes the principal of the new firm, Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, LLC.

Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .


Before beginning her legal career, Shereese worked several years in the Office of Sponsored Programs at Howard University

Prior to embarking on her legal career Ms. Sausville spent more than a decade with the National Cancer Institute and its contractors working in various facets of oncology drug discovery and development (publications available upon request). More recently Ms. Sausville provided regulatory and legal support for the oncology clinical trials work of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. In support of her clients' needs, Ms. Sausville combines her background and experience in science, public health and the law. Working as a solo practitioner, Ms. Sausville brings personal attention to every client.

Douglas S. Walker represents businesses in a variety of corporate matters. His practice includes entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, joint ventures, drafting and negotiating employment agreements and buy-sell agreements, and general business planning. Mr. Walker also represents individuals and developers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. His real estate practice includes representing clients in real estate development, financing, acquisition and the preparation and negotiation of declarations, easements and other real estate development documents. Mr. Walker also represents numerous local and national financial institutions in commercial financing transactions.

Christine W. Hubbard has been a practicing attorney for over 26 years and focuses her practice on estate planning, business planning, drafting wills and trusts, estate and gift tax planning, asset protection, prenuptial agreements, charitable giving and estate and trust administration. Christine places great importance on understanding and implementing each client’s personal goals with respect to the use and preservation of wealth during life and the responsible disposition of assets upon death. Peter Hershey's practice focuses on environmental, natural and cultural resources, zoning and land use, construction, and commercial law. He advises clients on a wide range of issues and is active in the firm’s administrative, trial and appellate litigation practices. Prior to joining Rich & Henderson, Peter served as a judicial law clerk and senior judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher B. Kehoe, Maryland Court of Special Appeals (later renamed the Maryland Appellate Court), and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Broughton M.
