Shannon is a transactional associate with experience in real estate, estate planning and probate law. Shannon graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with her bachelor degree in Political Science in 2008 and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011. A St. Mary’s County native, she is a graduate of Leonardtown High School. After missing family and the waterfront in Southern Maryland, she and her husband are thankful to have returned home to raise their family and be more active in the community they grew up in.

I am admitted to practice in Maryland, DC and Virginia, and have litigated cases in state and federal courts for over 22 years. My practice focuses on construction disputes, leasing and landlord-tenant matters and real estate litigation, including property tax appeals.

Bryan is a co-founder of Dugan, McKissick and Longmore and has over 25 years of experience as a litigator. Bryan was born in Agana, Guam and moved to St. Mary’s County during his high school years when he attended Chopticon High School. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland, School of Law. In the late 1980s, Bryan returned to St. Mary’s County as a young lawyer. His practice areas include family, civil, criminal, and traffic litigation matters. Bryan remains an avid supporter and fan of West Virginia Mountaineer Athletics, especially during basketball season.

Rebekka is a litigation associate whose practice areas include family law, criminal law and civil litigation. Cynthia H. Clark joined the Law Offices of Paula J. Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .

I have been practicing since December 2003. Mainly, I practice in estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, and Probates. I also prepare Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and other estate planning instruments. In addition, I handle adoptions, name changes, and contract reviews, as well as some landlord-tenant issues.

Along with working as an attorney, I have been an adjunct professor with the College of Southern Maryland since 2007. Currently, I teach Business Law I.

Attorney Adams, born in Montgomery, AL, graduated from Oberlin College in Ohio, and moved to Washington, DC to attend American University's Washington College of Law. Following graduation from American, Attorney Adams became a member of the Maryland and DC bars. Her primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Corporate, Contracts, Probate, and, recently, Civil Litigation.
