I have been practicing law in Montgomery County, Maryland, as well as Northern Virginia, and the Baltimore area for over 27 years.

My focus is on local businesses that need outside general counsel: both for routine business issues, and for litigation.

Alon Nager graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003, and was a member of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy. He is a member of the Maryland and Pennsylvania Bar, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to Law School, Mr. Nager graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from The State University of New York at Binghamton.

Mr. Nager primarily focuses on areas in which he excels, such as bankruptcy, insolvency, debt settlement, and foreclosure.

Mr. Hannon came into the law after having served the nation as a Marine officer, where he earned numerous awards and distinctions for his service, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Penn State University and a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations from Salve Regina University. Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .

Cynthia H. Clark joined the Law Offices of Paula J. Peters in January 2012 after more than 15 years of legal practice both in law firms and corporate firms throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. In February of 2015, she became a partner in the firm, which changed to Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, P.A. With the retirement of the firm’s founder, Cynthia H. Attorney Adams, born in Montgomery, AL, graduated from Oberlin College in Ohio, and moved to Washington, DC to attend American University's Washington College of Law. Following graduation from American, Attorney Adams became a member of the Maryland and DC bars. Her primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Corporate, Contracts, Probate, and, recently, Civil Litigation. Anjelica is a litigation associate who graduated with an Honors Concentration from Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. As a law student she was competitively selected for a journal position in Hofstra’s Family Court Review. During her second year she was promoted to Managing Editor of Articles. Anjelica moved around as a Navy child finally landing in St. Mary’s County her freshman year of high school where she attended Great Mills High School.
