During law school Mr. Everitt worked full-time as the Operations Officer at the Navy Recruiting District in Columbus, Ohio, where he oversaw all aspects of officer and enlisted recruiting throughout Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Before that, his 13 year career in the Navy included naval service as a nuclear trained submarine warfare officer.

I grew up in the Dayton area and now reside and work in Bellbrook, Ohio. I run my office from home and don't have staff in order to keep my fees low. Born and raised in Licking County, Attorney Seth Smith earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina.
