Mr. Swift is a Minnesota Lawyer practicing primarily in Criminal Defense and Juvenile Defense.

For over 20 years I have been defending people charged with criminal offenses. I defend cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. I also practice family law, mainly divorce cases. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and my Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul MN. In 2014 I was selected for Membership in the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers for Criminal Defense. In 2000 and 2003 was selected for inclusion in MN Super Lawyers Editions. Ginny grew up in North Minneapolis and graduated from Patrick Henry High School. She got her undergraduate Degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a major in Political Science with a focus in Law and Politics and a minor in Sociology: Law, Criminology, and Deviance. While at the University of Minnesota Ginny was a Dean’s List recipient.
