I focus on representing property owners in first-party insurance disputes, which include cases related to hurricanes, fires, water damage, and mold claims. Before my time at Kanner & Pintaluga, I gained experience as an insurance defense attorney. My work primarily involved general liability practice where I defended a wide array of insurance defense cases. These included automobile accidents, construction litigation, negligent security, and premises liability. I earned my B.A. in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. Following that, I pursued my J.D. at Nova Southeastern University.

I represent property owners in first party insurance disputes involving hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims. While attending law school, I clerked at a firm in Orlando that handled both commercial and residential property matters. I believe that contributing to the local community is a privilege. Over the past few years, I have dedicated hundreds of pro bono hours at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, assisting underprivileged clients who are facing residential evictions. I earned my B.A. in Writing and Rhetoric from the University of Central Florida. Subsequently, I completed my J.D. at Florida A&M University College of Law.

I currently hold the position of Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Kanner & Pintaluga. My main responsibilities include overseeing the compliance and ethics of our legal operations, which encompasses all of the firm’s legal departments.
