Jorge Fernandez
I am an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice. My focus is on representing property owners in first-party insurance disputes, including those related to hurricanes, fires, water, and mold claims. Before joining Kanner & Pintaluga, I worked as an associate attorney at a well-established defense firm in South Florida. During my tenure there, I represented insurance carriers in first-party disputes and coverage issues. This experience gave me valuable insights into how carriers evaluate and litigate their claims. I use this knowledge and training to ensure maximum recovery for the policyholders I represent.
I earned a B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University and went on to receive my J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law.
