Ms. Carey has practiced law for the past thirty (30) years primarily in the area of bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation; however, she also handles other matters including probate planing, estate administration, civil litigation, collection matters and some domestic law matters.

From a small town, Ms. Carey doesn't stand on formalities and treats her clients as if they have know one another for years. She strives simplify and streamline matters for her clients and destress the process for them.

Travis focuses on labor and employment law, business law, and estate planning. He’s licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Travis graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he made Dean’s List seven terms and was a Law Journal executive editor. He and his wife Betsie, a public school teacher, live in Bloomington, Indiana, with their four children. Much of their free time is spent working on their small family farm.

A graduate of Purdue University, where he was named a Dean’s Scholar, Thomas B. O’Farrell earned his law degree from Indiana University at Indianapolis. A former clerk for the Indiana Attorney General, Mr. O’Farrell has gained extensive trial and appellate experience, including oral argument before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. O’Farrell advises clients on diverse issues such as: personal injury suits, bankruptcy, criminal law, appeals, estate planning, and business law.

Erika is a partner with Halcomb Singler, LLP, in Carmel, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2001 with a double major in political science and criminal justice, and a minor in business. Erika received her law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to practice law in Indiana in the same year. She has subsequently been admitted to practice before both the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. Attorney Justin T. Bowen received his law degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where he was named Law Student of the Year in 2004. Mr. Bowen has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable L. Mark Bailey of the Indiana Court of Appeals, and has worked for one of the largest defense law firms in the Midwest, where he practiced toxic torts litigation and defended industrial manufacturers. Jessie A. Cook represents individuals accused of major felonies in state and federal courts. She graduated from IU Maurer School of Law (1979, cum laude), the National College of Criminal Defense and the Darrow College of Capital Defense. She teaches advanced trial advocacy at the Maurer School of Law- Bloomington, and for various continuing legal education programs including the Federal Defender Organization, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and ICLEF’s Trial Advocacy Skills College.
