For fifteen years, I have been actively involved in environmental law, both as an attorney and as a regulator. I am a partner at the law firm of Frantz Ward in Cleveland and head the firm’s environmental practice. I represent businesses in all areas of federal and state environmental law, including laws governing hazardous waste clean up, brownfield redevelopment, solid waste, water, wetland and air regulation. Matthew Zeiger represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters. Mr. Zeiger counsels clients in many areas including media law, ethics law, professional liability, deceptive trade practices, public records, discrimination defense and a variety of contract disputes. His practice includes representation of both public and private companies, and he has counseled both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
