At the law firm of John R. Jarvis, our mission is to provide excellent legal counsel in the practice areas of criminal law, estate planning, wills, trust and probate law, family law. John R. Jarvis has been licensed since 1997 and practiced as a certified public accountant (C.P.A.) before becoming an attorney. The financial background does provide an insight into the financial aspects of all areas of law. If I cannot help you in your case I will be honest upfront about it and help you find someone that can assist you in your case.

I am duly licensed to practice in Texas and Ohio. I am also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the Bar for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bar for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Attorney Ling Dai primarily handles appeals, commercial litigation, family and immigration cases.

Originally from Plano, Texas, Hayley found her passion for family law during law school, where Hayley served as a legal intern for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma Department of Human Relations Child Support Services. She gained valuable experience in family law both as a client advocate and from the state enforcement side of the law. In addition, Hayley further developed her passion for family law with victim advocacy as a legal intern for Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse (AVDA), assisting victims of domestic violence. Damiane Curvey Banieh spent her earliest years in Houston’s Fifth Ward area. Her family later moved to the North Forest Independent School District where she graduated Cum Laude from M.B. Smiley and went on to The University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor of Science in Radio –Television-Film.

After graduation, Damiane worked as an Adoption Recruiter for DePelchin Children’s Center where her primary mission was to find suitable families for special needs children.
