What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues? I believe that one of my roles as an attorney is to educate my clients about their case. For clients to make decisions about their lives, they need to understand the legal issues in their lawsuits. They need to know what their rights are, what their options are, and what different things to expect both during the process of the lawsuit and as possible outcomes. James Christian Becerra is a life long resident of Fort Bend County. He currently resides in the Katy area with his wife and 3 daughters. Mr. Becerra is a former Fort Bend County Assistant District Attorney now primarily practicing in the Criminal Defense and Family areas of law.

Originally from Plano, Texas, Hayley found her passion for family law during law school, where Hayley served as a legal intern for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma Department of Human Relations Child Support Services. She gained valuable experience in family law both as a client advocate and from the state enforcement side of the law. Dean Zand is a native Texan who was born in Houston and raised in Fort Bend County. Dean is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
