I have been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1998. I practice exclusively in area of family law. When I am not working I make my home in Pearland area and enjoy spending time with my husband and two children.

Born in South Korea, raised in Argentina, I obtained my law degree from Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas in 1994. Since then, I have been delivering high quality, competent and personalized legal service to my clients. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Korean. My early days as an attorney was in public service as a staff attorney for legal aid offices and then as an assistant county attorney at prosecutor's offices. Since 2003, I have been in private practice with emphasis in criminal law, family law, probate litigation and estate planning.

Mike began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s office representing the State of Texas in the prosecution of Misdemeanor and Felony criminal cases. He learned to prepare cases for trial and go to trial on a wide variety of criminal matters. Mike was then recruited by a leading employment law firm, Aaron Pena & Associates in the Rio Grande Valley representing clients in all aspects of employment litigation. Kyle's practice focuses on representing clients before courts and administrative agencies in immigration and criminal law matters. Kyle is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Criminal Law.

Jodi Lazar practices family law exclusively and represents clients in both the traditional litigation and collaborative law models, depending on the client’s needs.

Jodi is also an Adjunct Professor in the Advocacy Department at The University of Texas School of Law, where she teaches Intensive Trial Skills and works with the Interscholastic Mock Trial Program.
