Tom was born and raised in Pendleton, Oregon. In 1982 he graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland with a degree in psychology. Prior to attending Northwestern School of Law, Tom worked for four years, including two years as a legal assistant at this firm. While attending law school, he also worked as a law clerk for the firm. In 1989 Tom graduated from law school, magna cum laude. I have a joint degree (MBA and JD) from Willamette University. My practice focuses primarily on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law. I represent many business owners who want to retain or wind down their businesses through the bankruptcy process. I do not do Chapter 11 business reorg work.

Attorney Sarah M. Litowich is an Oregonian through and through with roots in rural eastern Oregon and the Willamette Valley.
