I have worked as an attorney in Washington County since 1991. I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1990, and a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, degree from Whitman College in 1987. I was on the Board of Directors of the Washington County Bar Association and am a past president of that organization. I am a member of the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section. Jeff’s practice is primarily family law and criminal defense. He enjoys complex family law cases, involving businesses and other complicated scenarios. He has also done work in construction defect cases. Jeff especially enjoys helping people to clean up their criminal record through vacations/expungements and restoring rights to buy firearms.

Jordan was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Roger J. DeHoog of the Oregon Court of Appeals and previously clerked for the Honorable Barbara A. Madsen of the Washington Supreme Court. As a judicial clerk at the appellate level, she had the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including those addressing criminal, family, and juvenile law.

During law school, Jordan worked as an appellate intern at the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office appearing in court on behalf of the State of Washington. She also worked at a Seattle-based domestic violence agency.
