I am the President of Hillsboro Law Group PC, an Oregon law firm dedicated to helping clients find long-term solutions to difficult legal issues. My practice focuses on family law and wills, trusts, and estates.

Craig has been practicing in family law for over 20 years, working as an associate and partner in large family law firms in Portland and as a solo practitioner. Craig represents people going through divorce and custody proceedings as well as modifications of custody, parenting time, child support and spousal support. Jordan was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Roger J. DeHoog of the Oregon Court of Appeals and previously clerked for the Honorable Barbara A. Madsen of the Washington Supreme Court. As a judicial clerk at the appellate level, she had the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including those addressing criminal, family, and juvenile law.

During law school, Jordan worked as an appellate intern at the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office appearing in court on behalf of the State of Washington. She also worked at a Seattle-based domestic violence agency.

Kendall was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Kathryn Villa-Smith of the Multnomah County Circuit Court and previously clerked for Hon. Nan Waller in the Multnomah County Presiding Court as well as Hon. Merilyn Litzenberger. As a Judicial Clerk, she gained knowledge and experience with opportunities to research a wide variety of legal issues in civil, criminal, and probate law. Nathan Holtey has been practicing law for over ten years. Raised in Ashland, OR, Nathan attended Tufts University in Boston, MA, before coming back to Oregon and attending the University of Oregon School of Law. Nathan enjoys the practice of law and assisting clients with achieving excellent results. Michael S. Evans has been licensed to practice law in Oregon since 1985. He has handled a wide range of family law cases, as well as many matters involving business litigation. His knowledge of family law and business law has given him a unique perspective on how to handle the financial aspects of family law matters. Mr. Evans also has extensive experience in interstate child custody disputes. He has presented on various topics to the legal community, including child support, property division, prenuptial agreements, and more. I graduated from Warner Pacific College, and then graduated in the top half of my class at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in 1992. I have practiced family law since early 1993, and have been at the same location, 150 SE 80th Avenue for over 20 years. My office is located in the historic Montavilla neighborhood of Southeast Portland, bordering on Northeast Portland and in the shadow of Mt. Tabor.

Jeff’s practice is primarily family law and criminal defense. He enjoys complex family law cases, involving businesses and other complicated scenarios. He has also done work in construction defect cases. Jeff especially enjoys helping people to clean up their criminal record through vacations/expungements and restoring rights to buy firearms.
In addition to helping establish compliance procedures for highly regulated industries, he is also certified in Collaborative Law. Jeff is an avid believer in alternative dispute resolution, due to its low-conflict approach to settling a dispute outside of the courtroom, and the benefits it serves to all parties involved.

Ashley Bannon primarily practices in the areas of family law, criminal defense and employment litigation. Ashley received her Political Science degree from the University of Oregon in 2007. In 2010, Ashley graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. Ashley first joined Gilroy and Napoli in 2004 as an office assistant.
