Originally from Starkville, MS, he graduated from Mississippi State University then moved to Florida for law school and practiced law in Florida until 2010, when he returned to Starkville and founded the Law Offices of C. Marty Haug. Jeff Arnold is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. He obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration/Accounting from Belhaven University. After graduating from Belhaven, he worked as a CPA for the accounting firm Barlow, Walker and Company. With Barlow, he worked in the areas of tax and compliance.
