I am an experienced trial attorney, and have represented thousands of individuals in times of crises since 1989, in criminal and juvenile cases and family law. I was raised in Minnesota. My academic journey took me to St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in business, graduating cum laude. I furthered my education at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where I held the position of senior editor for the Law Journal and worked as a certified student attorney in the Elder Law Clinic. My legal practice is centered around family law, real estate, and estate planning.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Chris served eight years in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and Russian translator for Military Intelligence. He continued in government service as a prosecuting attorney; a position for which he made hundreds of court appearances.
