Richard A. Samaniego is a member at Gibson Watson Marino LLC. He is a civil litigation attorney with an emphasis on Family Law, Probate and Estate Planning.

I have practiced law in Kansas since 1995, and my primary area of focus is family law with emphasis on contested child custody proceedings. I have appeared in more than 50 different Kansas counties, and tried hundreds of cases to the Court. I have argued more than 30 appeals, and tried more than 20 jury trials.
