Born in raised in St. Louis, Missouri, I made my way to Iowa in 2009 to attend Drake University. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Law, Politics and Society in 2012 and went on to attend Drake University Law School and graduated in 2016. I sat for and passed the Iowa Bar Exam in September 2016 and moved to Cedar Rapids shortly after to begin working for Viner Law Firm. In November 2019, I became a shareholder in the firm.

Celena graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a criminal law concentration. During law school, Celena worked for the Cuyahoga County Public Defender's Office where she defended clients against a variety of charges, including numerous OWIs in the City of Cleveland. Celena also worked in the Juvenile Division and has experience with emergency custody situations and juvenile delinquency. At the Federal Public Defender's Office for the Northern District of Ohio, Celena gained additional experience with complex drug charges and crimes against children.

Kimberly (Schroeder) Kuchel is an associate attorney at Bauerly & Langel P.L.C. She went to Morningside College to obtain her undergraduate degree in business administration. She graduated with her law degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2018 and upon graduation, worked for Corbett Anderson Law Firm in Sioux City, Iowa. In November 2019, she began working for Bauerly & Langel PLC. She is also licensed in South Dakota and Nebraska.

I then went to Drake University School of Law, graduating in December 2004. I have lived and practiced in Linn County since 2005, practicing in 40 counties throughout Eastern Iowa.

Law school doesn’t just teach you about the law. It also teaches you to never give up. While it was probably the hardest thing I ever did, the lessons I learned there are why I can stand up for clients at some of the hardest times of their lives.
