My practice is predominantly consumer bankruptcy and tax law. In addition to being a lawyer, I'm a certified public accountant, this allows me to assist clients with the complex interactions of the law and taxes. I have an undergraduate accounting degree, an MBA and a law degree. I'm in solo practice, I work with my clients directly. You will not be relegated to working with a secretary or an assistant.

joined Cole Acton Harmon Dunn in 2002, after six years as a prosecutor. My litigation experience as a prosecutor has served my clients well in the courtroom. I represent my clients as I would want to be represented and have earned the trust of my clients, opposing lawyers, and Judges. My practice areas include civil litigation, probate litigation, estate planning, probate administration, and criminal defense. Before that, his 13 year career in the Navy included naval service as a nuclear trained submarine warfare officer.
