Evin was born and raised in Celina, Ohio. He graduated from Celina High School in 2011, and went on to the Ohio State University, where he received his Bachelor's and Law Degrees. After law school, Evin served as a law fellow and senior research associate with the Ohio State University Extension Agricultural & Resource Law Program. I am dedicated to helping families protect their children and assets while building their legacy. I provide families with the guidance and the support they need to create an estate plan that protects their children, safeguards their wealth, and cements their legacy. For a flat fee, I create customized plans for each client. This way, I eliminate unexpected attorneys' fees while still delivering the highest quality legal work with integrity. My goal is to provide peace of mind for my clients knowing that their loved ones are safe, and their assets are secure for generations to come.

My practice is predominantly consumer bankruptcy and tax law. In addition to being a lawyer, I'm a certified public accountant, this allows me to assist clients with the complex interactions of the law and taxes. I have an undergraduate accounting degree, an MBA and a law degree. I'm in solo practice, I work with my clients directly. You will not be relegated to working with a secretary or an assistant.

After growing up in the Pittsburgh area, I attended Penn State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. I then attended Capital University Law School and worked with William J. Clark & Associates for 10 years. Since that time, I have practiced as a sole practitioner, currently located in Gahanna.
