After 42 years serving as an attorney, I've recently retired from active practice. But I still meet with my partners, Daniel Patchin and Ben Monaghan, at least a couple times each week to discuss current challenges and recent changes in the areas of estate planning and probate.

I joined Generations Law Group with the goal of helping individuals and families preserve the wealth they have worked had to earn during their life. Since watching his my own family members lose their life savings on their long-term medical costs, I have known I wanted to help others avoid the same fate. David attended Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law where he graduated cum laude. After law school, David clerked for a year for the Honorable Daniel A. Barker of the Arizona Court of Appeals before heading to New York University to do a Law Masters degree in Tax.
