Tim has been practicing law in Colorado for fourteen years, spending some time with law firms but primarily working as a solo practitioner. This time has involved constant Court appearances and extensive experiences working with families addressing sensitive issues concerning their children. Employment Law, Criminal Law and Civil Law experience accumulated when working with business owners, college students or hard-working people facing legal issues who needed someone who could understand and give advice on how best to move forward. Amos L. Soignier is originally from Southern Louisiana. Mr. Soignier received a BA from Fort Lewis College in 1999 and his law degree from the University of Idaho School of Law in December of 2003, and has practiced law in Durango since 2004.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Soignier is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying Colorado activities like hiking, camping, boating, ski, snowboarding and the like. Mr. Soignier has lived in the Durango area for over 20 years and is intimately familiar with the Durango community and caters to the needs of families in the southwestern Colorado.

Courtney is a University of Denver Sturm College of Law graduate. During her time in law school Courtney knew she had a passion for helping others and getting involved in Estate Planning and Elder Law allowed her to do just that. Courtney is currently a member of the Women's Estate Planning Council board and the Denver Bar Association's Trust and Estate Section.
