I have been practicing law full time since 1977, and I have maintained a solo practice in Santa Cruz County since 1980. I have a general practice, with emphasis on personal injury cases, aviation accidents, and most other types of accidents. I also help individuals prepare estate plans, and eventually represent the heirs in probate proceedings. Steven M. Gordon is a 1975 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, receiveing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting. In 1980 Mr. Gordon graduated from Monterey College of Law, was admitted to the the State Bar of California, and began the practice of law in Salinas. Mr. Gordon has practiced law in Salinas since 1980. The firm aggressively represents its clients in the fields of civil litigation, real estate law, business law, estate planning, and trust administration.

Jeanne is actively licensed to practice law in California and Hawaii, and holds an inactive license in Massachusetts with over 30 years of experience practicing law. She also holds a real estate Broker's license in California. Jeanne has been a mediator, arbitrator, and was formerly a per diem judge for the State of Hawaii Third Circuit District and Family Court. Mr. Gin is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University ('71, Cum Laude, B.S., City and Regional Planning) and the McGeorge School of Law ('82, with distinction, Order of the Coif). He specializes in estate planning, probate, trust adminstrative, elder law, government, and creditor rights. Michael Barsi is admitted to practice in both the California and the Federal District Court's in the State of California and has practiced law for over 30 years.
