During and after undergraduate school, I worked on drilling rigs domestically and worldwide for 14 years. I then studied law and went into private practice, except for 4 years as the elected County Attorney.

In 2004, Neal R. Stelting received his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. At that time, Neal worked for a water-right consulting firm with offices in Laramie, WY, Houston, TX and Vancouver, WA. Adam Phillips was raised in Evanston, Wyoming. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, he had a strong desire to return to the cowboy state, and attend the University Of Wyoming College Of Law. Adam has a rich family history with Wyoming and the law. Adam’s father, two brothers, and several extended family members are all Wyoming College of Law graduates and lawyers.

Not quite a native of Jackson Hole, Richard has lived and worked in Jackson since 1972. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming in 1993, and his M.B.A. and J.D. in 2002, both also from the University of Wyoming. Acting as General Counsel for RAM Construction since his admission to the Wyoming Bar in 2002, his practice has involved issues of business, construction, employment, tax, real estate and administrative law. Richard completed an L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University, and anticipates completion of that masters degree in spring of 2017.

I work and serve in the Bighorn Basin from Thermopolis, Wyoming. My practice, Keller Law Firm, PC is also "of counsel" to Michael Messenger of Messenger Law Firm, PC in Thermopolis. My firm focuses on providing litigation services to a rural community. Those services include family law, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, misdemeanor criminal defense, and traffic tickets.
