Mary Hahn has honed her skills in the courtroom over the last 25 years, specializing in civil litigation and appellate law, in particular multi-party business litigation, construction law, business contract disputes and divorce proceedings.

She practices in State District Courts and in Federal Court. She has substantial appellate law experience. She serves as the firm’s primary practitioner at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Katelyn Bounds has dedicated her practice to workers' compensation litigation as well as short term and long term disability disputes. She has experience representing injured employees in mediation, administrative conferences, hearings before a Compensation Judge and the Minnesota Supreme Court. She also focuses a portion of her practice on representing employees in ERISA and non-ERISA private disability appeals. John retired from the United States Marine Corps as a Gunnery Sergeant after serving twenty-two years in various infantry, artillery and administrative capacities in numerous locations within the United States and around the world. John chaired the initiative to start Veterans Courts in Minnesota and has traveled the country assisting in setting them up. Additionally, John travels the country teaching law enforcement how to deal with veterans in crisis. John was a 2010 Attorney of the Year recipient.
