Mr. Stevens received his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1992, having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western State University as the valedictorian of his class. During law school Mr. Stevens was Chief Editor of the student newspaper and was selected for a California Court of Appeals internship with Justice Henry Moore.
