Attorney Marilyn Toland is a graduate of Fisk University and Yale Law School. The daughter of civil rights activists, Marilyn grew up in Tuskegee, Alabama where she witnessed how the law can be used to change people's lives. The firm's mission is to help clients hold on to the assets they have worked to acquire, care for the ones they love and create a meaningful legacy. Toland Law is celebrating our 15th anniversary. Before I became an Attorney, I was a Physical Therapist in large teaching hospitals, in private clinics, and in home care. And, prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, I was a Molecular Biologist doing research in protein synthesis. Having a strong analytical background with experience in health care gives me a unique perspective on planning for the future.
