I am a trial attorney at Barnette Law Offices, LLC located in Nashville, Tennessee. I am admitted before the state and federal courts in Tennessee.

I started my career in the justice system as a police officer for 16 years. I move to the District Attorney's office after graduating from law school. I was team leader in the vehicular crimes division. In 2000 began my career in private practice. I am now a partner at May & Ryan, PLC we do litigation work mainly in the criminal defense arena with an added emphasis on DUI defense.

I am a criminal defense attorney in Middle Tennessee. I currently work as an assistant public defender in Dickson County.

After graduating with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law, Misty D. Parks began her practice primarily in the areas of criminal and domestic law in 2007. She has aggressively and successfully represented clients throughout the Middle Tennessee Area. Misty D.
