Having represented thousands of clients in the southern Indiana since 2002, I take pride in providing a high level of legal knowledge and ability to my diverse area of clientele. My experience includes making oral argument before the Indiana Supreme Court and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. My practices focuses on legal work in several areas of law primarily south of Indianapolis and in Washington and surrounding counties. I have tried several matters to the local judges and several juries.

Jennifer has a diverse practice ranging from high conflict custody matters and complex divorce actions to collections. She regularly represents clients in Child of Need of Services actions, both as private counsel and Guardian Ad Litem. Jennifer is a registered domestic relations mediator. She is tough but fair, and strives to be at least one step ahead of the other side.

Mr. Churchward’s legal career began at the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s office where he tried cases in both the Misdemeanor and Felony divisions. While serving as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, he was exposed to a wide variety of cases ranging from violent crimes to misdemeanor and financial offenses, during which time he gained invaluable experience that he applies to his current practice. in 2000, Mr. Churchward took a position as an associate attorney at Leonard, Hammond, Thoma and Terrill and immediately began working for his clients with the same dedication that he displayed as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney....

Grace E. Dillow was born and raised in Indiana, graduating from Shelbyville High School in 2013, Butler University in 2017, and I.U. McKinney School of Law in 2020. Grace began working as an associate attorney at McNeelyLaw LLP after clerking with the Shelbyville office during her third year of law school. Grace has also interned at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office and the Shelby County Superior Court 2 under Judge David Riggins. Grace focuses her practice in the areas of elder law, criminal law, and family law.

Jonathan A. Leachman is a 1995 graduate of Bellarmine College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1998. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky, before the Indiana Supreme Court, Kentucky Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
