Joshua Ritter has practiced law in Colorado since 2005. He began his career as a criminal prosecutor at the District Attorney's Office in Fort Collins. There he prosecuted crimes ranging from simple traffic matters to first degree murders and complex financial and organized crimes. Mr. Wells has been litigating cases in Colorado courts for nearly 15 years. He has handled various matters from civil actions to domestic relations cases involving complex financial and custody issues (including parental alienation/estrangement). Mr. Wells handles appellate matters and has successfully challenged trial court rulings in appellate courts. Mr. Wells’ litigation training began as a law intern to Judge Angela Arkin during the Fall of 2003.
